How much does shipping cost? 

Shipping is FREE on all orders over $100! Orders under $100 ship for $6 flat. We also offer Free Shipping promotional months throughout the year with no minimum requirements.

 

Can I collect my order from the store? 

Yes, we offer free local pickup in Rockvale, TN! Simply place your order, and you will be notified when it’s ready for pickup.

 

When will you ship my order?

Most items ship within 2-3 days. Sometimes we offer preorders and restocks that may take 1-2 weeks.

 

How can I track my order?

We will email you the tracking information as soon as the shipment is fulfilled and ready to be shipped out from Tennessee.

 

When can I return or exchange an item? 

•We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

•All full price items may be returned for exchange, store credit, or refund.

•All Sale Items (Unless otherwise listed as FINAL SALE) may be returned for exchange or store credit.

•Gift Cards are FINAL SALE.

•To be eligible for a return or exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn (except to try on), unwashed, and original tags attached.

•You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

How do I request a return or exchange?

•To request a return or exchange contact us at SummerSkyVIP@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

•Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

•Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and any shipping fees associated with your order are non-refundable.

•Please keep in mind that we carry limited size and color options as we continually bring in new products, and your specific exchange request may no longer be available. We will do our best to accommodate you with other options.

 

I haven't received my order - what now?

If there is ever a problem with not receiving your order, please email us at SummerSkyVIP@gmail.com. We guarantee you will receive the item or receive a refund. 

 

My order was wrong or damaged - what should I do?

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact SummerSky Boutique within two days by emailing SummerSkyVIP@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
